May 2009 - This month we would like to feature an employee that operates united worldwide from inside the office! Jon Ruszkowski is celebrating his one year anniversary here at united worldwide just this month!  He united with us back in May 2008 as a Dispatcher & Travel Coordinator.
 
For our after hours travelers, early risers, and travelers or partners on the west coast, you can all rest assured that you are in good hands when Jon is behind the desk. Jon takes personal satisfaction in knowing that he will be there to provide the highest level of service and professionalism that you deserve. Jon finds the most exciting part of his role to be when a client is in need of one of those last minute requests, and he is able to come through in a pinch and get you the service you need. Just knowing he is equipped with the tools and resources to get the job done makes him “feel confident and walk away feeling accomplished knowing that our valued client’s expectations have been exceeded”.
 
When asked of Jon, “As an industry professional, what do you feel is the best advice you can extend to any new corporate travelers”? He responds, “The best advice or peace of mind I can give to new accounts is know that anytime you ride with united worldwide you are a VIP and will receive a top level of service across the board as we provide to all of our clients”.
 
We are glad to have Jon as a part of our team. Jon’s experience prior to united worldwide includes a dispatching position with another local car service here in Boston. During his free time, Jon enjoys playing the drums with his band, Rampant Decay, and spending time in his hometown of South Boston.
