May 2011 -Brenda began working with united worldwide in December of 2009. Prior to her position here she worked for a roadside assistance company, dispatching emergency vehicles when people were in an accident or when their vehicles were broken down.

Here at united worldwide, Brenda is a Customer Service Representative. She takes reservations for car services by phone, email or through our reservation software. She dispatches drivers when needed, secures service from other, out of state companies, and assists with billing issues on occasion. She also works on special projects for the company whenever the need should arise.

Brenda always makes sure to use her seasoned customer service skills to go the extra mile to provide the best possible service to all our clients, and it shows. In just the last month here are a few things that have been said about Brenda in just the last month:

When not working Brenda enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with her family and friends, as well as helping them redecorate their homes.
